Responsibilities:

• Check sales package contracts and issue invoices
• Communicate with varies departments on events issue
• Check the work orders and purchase orders and identify expense nature
• Check payment certificate from service partners in according to the contracts
• Process event revenue booking, costing and make accrual in month end closing
• Review Food purchase and monthly consumption reports and prepare food cost calculation in month end closing
• Update forecast and actual event revenue in system
• Prepare ad-hoc event margin analysis from Business development department
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline/equivalents
• 2 years or above of accounting-related work experience
• Attention to details, ability to work under pressure with deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and possess drive for continual improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel application
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
