Client Details 

Our client is a family office with diversified commercial assets across mainly Hong Kong and China (they also have some assets Overseas). They have been relatively low profile and is now looking for an experienced leasing talent to take care of their growing portfolio in Greater China. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing leasing strategy for diverse commercial assets
• Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
• Review and maintain a robust tenant database
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant leasing experience in other landlords or property agencies
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
• Experience in pre-opening projects would be an advantage 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
