Responsibilities 職責:

• Provide property consultancy services (both commercial & residential properties) for clients.
• 為客戶提供物業服務 (主要為住宅和商用物業)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• 了解潛在客戶的需求和偏好，與客戶建立良好關係
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the agency.
• 積極達成銷售目標

Requirements 任職要求:

• Good communication skills in writing and speaking
• 具有良好溝通能力
• Sense of responsibility and target-oriented
• 有責任感，積極主動
• Previous experience in real estate or customer services is preferred
• 具有房地產或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
