Client Details:
Our client is a reputable real estate developer with strong portfolio in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an assistant property officer to look after one of their commercial portfolio. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance
• Liaise with different stakeholders in all property management-related matters
• Maintain a good relationship with tenants & customers

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience in property management
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Immediately available is preferred
