Position: Head of Residential Agency

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Residential Agency to lead and manage our residential sales, leasing, and tenancy management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive residential sales and leasing activities.
• Lead a team of sales and leasing agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, high net worth individuals, and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and negotiations to ensure successful transactions.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in residential real estate sales and leasing, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in residential sales and leasing, preferably in a high-end real estate market.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market and industry practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
