Client Details:

Our client is a highly reputable real estate group with a lot of developments in Hong Kong. With their growth in Hong Kong, they are inviting a Property Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor daily operations of building management services
• Oversee outsourced security, cleaning, and facilities service providers
• Assist in liaison and cooperation with external parties and maintain a good relationship with tenants
• Work closely with project team for maintenance and repair projects 
• Manage car park operations, oversee system, direct third-party operator, and maintain financial records for parking-related income
• Deal with all enquiry, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions
• Assist in property performance reporting, and presentation for making improvement recommendation

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing commercial/ industrial buildings 
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Familiar with Building Management Ordinance and associated regulations
