Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial leasing portfolio across Hong Kong/ Mainland China, such as new lease, renewal and negotiation, and tenancy administration 
• Formulate the overall leasing strategies by conducting market research and comparable
• Assist the team head to formulate and implement leasing strategies for both existing and new properties 
• Prepare budget and rental proposals
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and compile various reports

Requirements

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in commercial leasing sector.
• Strong networking with real estate agencies
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communications skill 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
