Contract Management: Review, sign, and execute contracts related to international trade business.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients; conduct client visits and receptions.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work with production, warehousing, and customs clearance departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Documentation Handling: Manage international trade documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Claims and Refunds: Follow up on refunds and claims to protect the company's interests.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, English, or related fields.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in multinational trade, with a preference for candidates with client development and maintenance experience.
Trade Process Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade processes, particularly the re-export trade process in Hong Kong.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities; responsible, patient, and detail-oriented.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel, including but not limited to China
