Our client, with diversified business in Hong Kong, is looking for a professional to take up different projects with the team.
Job Duties
Develop, implement, and oversee technology risk initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Lead and manage technology risk mitigation efforts, including the facilitation of Risk Control Self
Assessments and Key Risk Indicators (KRI).
Establish and monitor action plans in response to internal and external audit recommendations within the technology team.
Coordinate regulatory reviews involving the technology team and regulatory bodies.
Create and maintain a Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Organize training initiatives to cultivate a culture of risk management and compliance within the unit.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in banking and IT operations and practices, exposures on digital banking applications and cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
Preferably with exposure in risk management, operations control and/or audit in banks or financial institutions.
Strong interpersonal relationship track record within IT and internal clients.
Professional Certification preferred, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC etc.
