Our client is a well-known e-commerce platform based in Hong Kong, They are now seeking a high-caliber individual to join their Marketing Team.

Job Duties

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching marketing objectives to enhance brand visibility in English-speaking nations, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Identify relevant and influential profiles to generate content across social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of various projects and the success of campaigns within the team.
Oversee the team's budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Deliver regular reports on the performance of influencers and campaigns.
Assess and analyze the team's performance to recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
Supervise a team of four members.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is required.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing is essential, with managerial experience considered advantageous.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
Proficiency in social media and a solid understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques are expected.
Competence in data analysis is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are important.
