Responsibilities
  • Provide general clerical & admin daily support to Corporate Development Department 
  • Handle forms' data entry & document filing
  • Support the donation system enhancement project
  • Answer telephone enquiries and perform daily routine administration tasks
  • Occasional outdoor duties
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required
  • Communicate and coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • At least 1 year's work experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate interest and commitment to work in the nonprofit sector
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Corporate Development Officer
