Senior Reservations Clerk / Reservations Clerk (5 Day-Work Week)

Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations via different booking channels
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
• Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Hospitality or related discipline
• Pleasant and service-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Minimun 1 year relevant experience in reservation team
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
