Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations and reporting;

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets and forecasts which shall include analyzing financial data, conducting variance analysis and identifying trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making;

• Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks;

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations. In-charge of external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial records;

• Assist to revamp and implement the accounting and costing structure for better evaluation of performance by Line of Business; 

• Take up ad-hoc tasks or projects when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines. Qualified Accountant or Finalist of accounting professional body is a definite asset;

• At least 5 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management role.  Previous experience in Information Technology industry is preferred but not mandatory; 

• Strong and proven communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; 

• Independent and proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
