At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting an international non-profit organization in the search for their Fundraising Manager (Major Gifts).

Reporting into senior leadership and leading a small team, the Fundraising Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new donors (corporates, foundations, HNWI's) as well as existing donors, and increasing donor engagement through consistent and effective outreach, projects, appeals and events.



Responsibilities:

* Responsible for conducting market research, identifying and building a pipeline of potential donors.
* Developing strategies and implementation plans to engage, cultivate and solicit donors, with the aim to secure targeted financial KPIs.
* Developing retention strategies to boost engagement and continued giving.
* Working collaboratively with other teams in the development of marketing or promotional materials, reports for donors, social media posts, newsletters, etc.
* Preparing and conducting engaging and impactful presentations on funding needs to align with donor intent.
* Developing and executing engaging donor events and fundraising activities.
* Preparing regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership knowledge and review.



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
* No less than 8-10 years of overall experience, with strong fundraising experience in an NGO setting.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills with people at different levels and via different channels.
* Self motivated, with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and complete tasks with a high degree of timeliness, and minimal supervision
* Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
