What you’ll do

Your marketplace insights and patient focus will shape and direct strategic marketing plans for the product lifecycle, ensure execution of the brand plan for long-term brand success and develop clear country value propositions for patients and healthcare professions.

As an Associate Brand Manager/ Brand Manager (Tezspire) , you will play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. You will be the brand owner responsible for brand planning and execution of Fasenra and Nexium. This position will report directly into the Business Unit Director and will work in close partnership with cross functional partners including Medical, Commercial Excellence and other functions in order to ensure we has a strong market presence.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Design and execute product strategies to ensure strong market presence of your responsible products

• Identify and develop key opinion leader to ensure strong advocacy for therapy area/ responsible products

• Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve objectives of AZ products including sales target and market shares

• Demonstrate high level of product knowledge and therapy knowledge under responsibility

• Monitor performance and control A&P budget

• Localizes digital content as needed

Essential for the role

• University graduate in any discipline

• Preferred 2-4 years of marketing experience

• 2 years’ experience in multinational pharmaceutical company in a sales and marketing related position

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure

• Strong collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders

Desirable for the role

• Prior industry and sales experience is desirable

• Having network and solid experience in the field of Rheumatology is a plus

• Command of Mandarin is a plus

• Depending on candidate experience, this position could be filled at the following levels: Associate Brand Manager / Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager
