Responsibilities
Support to update/maintain databases of vendors, tools of contract management, corporate governance, and etc
Support and assist in documentation of Vendor Set-Up/Change Process
Filing, general legal clerical and administrative support
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years of experience in clerical work
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess strong sense of ownership
Well organized and attention to details
Multi-tasking
Stable with high level of integrity
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
