Requirements: 

• HKCEE / HKDSE above with at least 1 year customer services experience

• Good telephone manner, customer service, communication and texting skills

• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin 

• PC application including Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing

• Energetic with a can-do and positive attitude 

• Immediately available is highly preferred
