Who Are We Looking For
You have an excellent record of leadership, demonstrated commitment to uphold values that are important to you, and drive to impact the lives of others.
Additionally, you have and/or are:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree from a recognised university in any discipline
- Less than two years of working experience
- Passionate about banking and technology
- A great communicator, with prople across all levels
- Agile and motivated to thrive in a global and dynamic business environment

By Dec 2024 - Online Assessment - Apply online with our AI recruiter Eligible candidates will be invited for the Assessment Centre
By Feb 2025 - Assessment Centre (AC) & Panel Interview -Short-listed candidates will be required to attend AC in person, followed by a panel interview with HR and the Senior Management Team
By Apr 2025 - Offer - Successful candidates will receive their official employment offer from DBS
By Jul 2025 - Welcome to the Programme - Start your career as part of the 2025 Management Associate Cohort
