Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
Lead the commercial teams and activities successfully
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company
Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales tactics as necessary
Deliver exceptional customer experience through different engagement activities and respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sales; experience in lingerie or apparel industry is preferable
Presentable with a positive personality
Strong in communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented and good at building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
Able to work collaboratively with the team and related parties
Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
