Responsibilities
Daily follow up orders inquiry from local and overseas customers independently
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure that the customer's requirements
Ensure timely delivery orders and shipments
Strongly organizational, detail orientation and follow through skills
strong communication skills and a desire to build customer loyalty
Support daily filing and reporting
Requirements
F.5 / DSE or above
1 year working experience in Customer Service. Less experience candidate would be also considered
Good team work, self-motivated & detailed-oriented can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
Proficiency in MS Office application
Immediate available is preferred
