Responsibilities

• Daily follow up orders inquiry from local and overseas customers independently

• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure that the customer's requirements

• Ensure timely delivery orders and shipments

• Strongly organizational, detail orientation and follow through skills

• strong communication skills and a desire to build customer loyalty

• Support daily filing and reporting

Requirements

• F.5 / DSE or above

• 1 year working experience in Customer Service. Less experience candidate would be also considered

• Good team work, self-motivated & detailed-oriented can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time

• Proficiency in MS Office application

• Immediate available is preferred
