Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of offshore governance and controls to ensure quality assurance.
- Coordinate incident reporting across Operations.
- Deliver management reports in a timely manner.
- Lead the Administration Service & Quality team to provide adequate support for Administrative Services.
- Supervise daily offshore operations to ensure efficient service delivery to both internal and external customers while fostering teamwork and collaboration with business units.
- Offer timely coaching, guidance, and training to the team to facilitate smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Monitor the accuracy and turnaround time in alignment with established service level agreements for regular reporting.
- Assist in the management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compile or update manuals and workflow documents as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Mature, independent, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
