Responsibilities:
  • To create designs, artworks and implement any assigned creative tasks across all marketing channels, including online and offline;
  • To collaborate with other departments, service units, external vendors and freelancers to execute projects, campaigns and corporate collaterals;
  • To assist in the production of corporate collaterals, corporate souvenirs, annual reports, publications, social media, and digital marketing content, update the website of the Association;
  • To edit content for accuracy and clarity by using appropriate design software;
  • To assist in executing the Association’s event with creative concepts and innovative ideas; and
  • To perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • High Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 2 years or above of relevant experience;
  • Familiar in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic design tools;
  • Knowledge of video editing and social media management;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Good team player and communication skills, responsible and self-motivated; and
  • Proactive, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
