Responsibilities:
  • To manage and maintain the Association’s brand guidelines and visual identity;
  • To develop and execute the overall creative concept and strategy, as well as art direction for the Association;
  • To collaborate with other departments, service units, external vendors and freelancers to execute projects, campaigns and corporate collaterals;
  • To assist in planning and carrying out the production of corporate collaterals, corporate souvenirs, publications, social media, and digital marketing content, updating the website of the Association;
  • To assist in planning and executing the Association’s event with creative concepts and innovative ideas, as well as, control and manage the timeline and budget; and
  • To perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Graphic Design, Marketing or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years or above of relevant experience;
  • Familiar in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic design tools;
  • Knowledge of video editing and social media management;
  • Good understanding of brand development and management;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Good team player and communication skills, responsible and self-motivated; and
  • Proactive, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
