Responsibilities:
  • Implement the purchasing systems for the Group across food and beverages procurement
  • Identify and evaluate cost saving opportunities and drive implementation
  • Develop and implement the strategic sourcing plan on market environment to minimize the risk
  • Provide purchasing support and projects when needed.
  • Spectrum of categories such as ingredients, raw materials, packaging and indirect
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in international logistics and import regulations for Food & Beverages items are essential.
  • Familiar with ERP Systems and hands-on experience with SAP.
  • At least 5years of working experience with restaurant or fast food industry
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin  
  • Candidate who is immediately available is preferred.
