Our clients, looking for a Receptionist to join their team
Requirements
- *Diploma or above
- At least 3 years of administrative or customer services experience,
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and able to speak Putonghua; and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist to deal with reservation related, technical equipment or facility problems to ensure the smooth operation of the conference room
- Handle visitors' enquiries, incoming calls, and other administration duties as assigned
- Participates in ad hoc tasks/events when necessar
- Review and work with General Management Team and Property Office to ensure the Center is up to VIP standard
Working Pattern:
5.5 days work (locations:Tsim Sha Tsui offices respectively)
Time:
Monday to Friday 0900-1800/ Saturday 0900-1300 (may be extended subject to business needs)
