Job Duty:

• minimum 3 years of relevant full-time working experience in providing service for reception, office assistant or general administration is preferred;
• Completed Secondary 4 with subjects studied including Mathematics, or equivalent;
• attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language and English Language equivalent to Secondary 4 standard
• good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• knowledge in Chinese word processing and English word processing as well as in application of other common business software such as spreadsheet and presentation software, etc.; and
• Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment.
   

Requirement:

• Providing reception and pantry services;
• Performing receipt and dispatch services, by-hand deliveries;
• Assisting in stores and procurement matters;
• Providing general clerical support to the office’s operations and general administration, e.g. filing, accommodation, inventory, data input;
• Assisting in maintaining meeting rooms booking, as well as setting up and tidying up of venue before and after meetings and events; and
• Any other duties as required.
