Responsibilities
Reply customers' enquiries for orders
Proceed orders in SAP system
Arrange production order & follow up
Follow order till ship out
Co-ordinate with each department to ensure order delivery on time
Follow the customer complaint & arrange replacement
Communicate closely with internal department to provide comprehensive support
Following the personal targets that are defined by the Management, defined by the Dept. Leader
Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above
2+ years customer service experience in garment accessories field field (especially Plastic / Metal Trims) is absolutely an advantage
Good command of English & Mandarin
Self-motivated with positive working attitude
Mature & responsible, good interpersonal skills
Good PC Knowledge & communication skill
Immediately available preferred
