Responsibilities
Coordinate with overseas sales team and production team
Promote and explore for new business and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
Follow up sample developing, quotation, packaging, order processing and delivery arrangement
Perform ad hoc duties when required
Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above
2 years customer service experience in garment accessories field is preferable
Good command of English & Mandarin
Self-motivated with positive working attitude
Mature & responsible, good interpersonal skills
Good PC Knowledge & communication skill
Immediately available preferred
