Responsibilities
Handle the inquiry from customer for either development and pricing
Follow up the orders with customers, suppliers and internal supporting teams
Customer visit or supplier visit needed
Close communication between HK, SZ and US colleagues on order and delivery status
Handle and follow up customers complaint
Direct report to team supervisor for daily tasks
Ad hoc assignment or projects handling and follow up
Requirements
Form 5 or above
Minimum 2 years experiences in printing & packaging industry or garment field
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficient in Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
ERP knowledge is an advantage
Independent, self-motivated and willing to work under challenges
Occasionally travel to China
