Responsibilities
Regional office for All Asia – Latin America
Develop & maintain relationship with existing & potential customers, overseas agents, carriers.
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer service quality
Internal and External coordination to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer satisfaction
Communication with overseas for handling off-shore or triangle shipment.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics activities or customer complaints
Outgoing personality, Effective communication with IFB Far East offices and overseas agents/offices
Act as co-ordination desk for IFB Far East offices and overseas agents in Latin America : provide them constant rate update, assistance, sales leads & motivate them to develop Far East business
Support on administrative tasks, reports and sales tools to provide timely, up-to-date and effective support.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers and director
Ability to work in multi-national corporation
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum of 1-2 working experiences in logistics/carrier field
Good PC Knowledge especially in Excel
Well-organized and a good team player
Good communication skills, hardworking and can work under pressure
Attention to detail, proactive, optimistic with a positive mindset
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Spanish is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Latin America market
