Job Duties
- • Assist candidates throughout every phase of the application and hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
- • Provide thorough support and guidance to business hiring teams throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- • Identify and engage stakeholders and influencers to expedite and streamline the recruitment process.
- • Collaborate closely with operations to offer advice and assistance.
- • Address vendor inquiries from both internal departments and external partners.
- • Process hiring requests and prepare associated documentation.
- • Assist in managing various staff-related issues.
Job Requirements
- • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.
- • Experience in recruitment processes and providing administrative support.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- • Knowledge of HR operations and the Employment Ordinance is advantageous.
- • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
