Develop effective digital marketing strategies and actionable plans aimed at achieving business objectives and goals.
Oversee and manage the monthly budget for all digital media channels to ensure the generation of quality leads.
Assess and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies using available analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing strategies and event marketing, ensuring that deadlines and business objectives are met.
Supervise the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our Shenzhen branch office in China.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or media agency roles, suitable for an executive position.
Strong skills in creative writing, research, editing, and content publishing specifically for digital media in both Chinese and English.
Proficiency in utilizing various digital sales and marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Facebook, Mailchimp, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Baidu, is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work independently with enthusiasm and a goal-oriented mindset.
