Job Duties

• Develop and execute strategic content goals and objectives for the team and the company's global social media platforms 
• Recognize and apply process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring compliance with quality standards in all tasks. 
• Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches. 
• Examine customer engagement and social media patterns to guide and refine upcoming campaigns. 
• Oversee the tone and visual identity of our social media profiles to ensure brand uniformity.  
• Assess the success of content strategies and campaigns through performance analytics, with the goal of maximizing organic reach and engagement while meeting key performance indicators. 

Qualifications

• Proficient or native English communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity 
• Creative, proactive, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously 
• Comprehensive understanding of social media and content production 
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with an aptitude for prioritizing tasks and handling multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proficient in both written and spoken English 
• Experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok is advantageous. 
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools is beneficial.
