We are looking for a Commercial & Industrial Printing Engineer who will install, maintain, and repair production printing equipment, work with customers to meet their printing needs, and provide technical support to internal and external customers. About Your Role:

• Provides on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for production printing systems
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks on CIP equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Supports customers’ production printing systems to enable their round the clock business
• Establishes and maintains face-to-face customer relations and master good understanding of customers’ entire workflow and associated print management applications
• Conduct post- sales supports and user training
• Provide technical support to both internal and external customers
• Document service calls, equipment repairs, and customer interactions

Does it sound like you?

• Holder of professional qualifications in computer network or color management (e.g. Network+ or Fiery certification)
• At least 3 years solid experience in servicing production printing systems
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work under pressure
• Able perform shift work and ah-hoc emergency duty
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer Trainee

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with related production printing equipment is a definite advantage
• Experience with networked printing solutions
• Knowledge of production printing workflows
• Knowledge and experience in color management
• Certifications in relevant technologies
