Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and factory from handling product development to bulk delivery

• Liaise and communicate with Designers, buyers and internal parties for the order requirements

• Manage a good relationship with customers and factories

• Ensure on time delivery for both sample and bulk orders

• Handle customers’ complaints for quality issues

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Or related disciplines with 10 years relevant experience in fiber, textile & garment

• Preferably from fabric mill / sizable trading company

• Solid experience in woven and denim fabric 

• Business Management, or related disciplines1

• Possess in-depth knowledge of fiber, weaving, dyeing and finishing, inspection procedures and testing methods for textiles

• Strong fashion and technical sense and hands-on experiences in working with designers are preferable

• Strong communication, problem solving, execution and negotiation skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Occasional travel to PRC/overseas

• Monitor sales activities to achieve quarterly and yearly sales target

• Team building and motivate team members to work independently

• Candidate with team management experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
