• Participate in the development and on-going support of web-based Learning and Teaching resources platforms, including programming, testing, updating and system documentation 

• Organise, maintain and enhance course materials, multimedia assets and applications in the websites of web-based training courses for teachers and laboratory technicians 

• Arrange equipment or service procurement and equipment inventory control 

• Provide support for the implementation of IT security enhancement measures, including data encryption of workstations and file servers

• Manage both hardware and software assets needed to support the operational needs, such as coordinating acquisition and use of computers and multimedia devices, maintaining educational and office software, and troubleshooting any technical issues 

• Coordinate the configuration and installation of popular office automation application, network operating systems, network equipment and networking software 

• Provide technical support/advice 

• Conduct Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) for all applications 

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 3 years experience in IT industry

• At least 6 months experience in Multimedia such as Adobe Photoshop / Dreamweaver etc.

• Good communication skills

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
