• Design, build and maintain IT systems to meet functional design, operational, performance, security and other non functional requirements

• Participate in IT systems development projects in a team environment and performs various technical elements of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) tasks

• Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance of an IT system in response to trouble reports and changing business needs 

• Process trouble-tickets captured by the ITSD Help Desk, trouble shoot system problems, develop fixes and restore the data and system to normal operational state

• Deploy the final system for operational use by setting up installation programs and validation procedures for proper software release

• Write technical documentation & review technical documents produced by vendors. And keeping them up-to-date to comply with standards

• University degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Integration Programming experiences

• Ability to write technical documentation

• Integration Programming experience with Package solution (eg. ERP, CRM, etc.) 

• Experience in System Integration test - plan, Preparation, execute, defect triage, etc. 

• Collaboration with Business Users, IT team members & Vendor counter part

• Good at spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
