Responsibilities

• Monitor merchandising team on samples development, order follow up, product quality and delivery

• Communicate with suppliers including price negotiation to achieve the quality / testing requirements.

• Collaborate with European offices to develop effective strategies.

• Maintain existing suppliers’ relationship and performance

• New supplier sourcing, monitor performance and handling the allocation

• Work independently but also collaboratively with the team and European offices.

Requirement

• Diploma or above

• Minimum 5 years in solid buying experience

• Strong product knowledge in Jewellery or Watches packaging

• Preferable in Jewellery and Watches showcase, towers and displays, gift and premium experience

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and forecasting skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage

• China travelling is required

• South Asia sourcing experience is an advantage

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
