Responsibilities
Participate in new product development by defining safety & reliability requirements to ensure products fulfill global quality standard
To work closely with Engineering from design phrase to production by evaluating each phrase of engineering pilot up to production release
Act as a focal point among EU office, customers and factories on resolving all quality issues
Provide QA guidance to the teams to ensure all new safety regulations are well implemented with smooth transition
Plan and coordinate outside lab tests as well as liaise with the lab on technical issues
Handle customer complaints, prepare corrective action plans and to keep track the implementations
Evaluate manufacturing vendors and to monitor their compliances including factory certifications, COC etc.
Responsible to handle related QA documents and review all related testing reports
Perform factory assessments & audits
Product briefing to QC before final inspection
Conduct production visits and arrange on-site review of production line
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 5 years of experience in toys industry, either toy manufacturer or buying office
Good knowledge on global toy safety standards
Good understanding of toy manufacturing process
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Willing to travel to China
Initiative, independent, results-oriented with good analytical skills
Available immediately is preferred
