Perform secretarial services such as calendar management, travel arrangements, meetings and conferences preparation
Act as key contact point, liaise with internal and external parties on event management and logistical arrangements for business and private activities
Manage expense claims, monthly reports and reimbursement
Prepare reports, presentation materials, update information and maintain database regarding various meetings and discussion
Assist in organizing the team events
Other ad hoc as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or formal secretarial training
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in serving senior executive
Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua
Independent, proactive, well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Positive mindset with a high sense of integrity and confidentiality
