Job Responsibilities:

• To provide customer sercvice at concierge counter
• To handle enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• To perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above preferably in Hospitality / Travel / Business-related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or sales industry
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
