Our client is a stable real estate company with an extensive portfolio in Hong Kong, China, and overseas. They are currently seeking an Associate Director / Senior Project Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This new headcount will support the team in managing and executing an upcoming workplace renovation project.
Job Descriptions:
Office Renovation
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Tender document preparation
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
Workplace Management & Employee Engagement
- Develop long and medium term strategic building occupancy plans based on business unit requirements
- Work with key stakeholders to create timelines, goals, and deliverables of the project;
- Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures;
- Facilitate discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to design business requirement that will form workplace design;
- Organise the various activities to collect feedback to understand employee needs and concerns
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Project Management/ Construction Management or other relevant disciplines
- 10 years' or above working experience in large scale office projects is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
- Less experience will also be considered for Senior Project Manager
