Responsibilities:

• To quote tendering, cost estimation, handling claims, budget control
• and pre/post-contract administration for FITTING OUT PROJECTS in
• the given period of time.
• To finalize the accounts with processing all the VO applications.
• Liaise closely with other team members to monitor all the steps and
• changes that needed to be recorded for future VO applications.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' relevant experiences in fitting out and A&A works
• Certificate in Building Studies or relevant disciplines
• Proficiently in CAD & MS office applications
• Retail, club house or show flat experience are highly preferred
• Proficiently in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is
• preferred
• Be strong team player and independent, proactive, high responsibility
• and detail mind.
