Our client is a reputable property developer with a strong footprint in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. As the company expand its operations steadily, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team.

Job descriptions:

• Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to provide professional advice and Talent Acquisition services to designated business units on full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, salary review etc. 
• Be the main contact point to address employee concerns and take initiatives to enhance employee engagement
• Assist in designing, implementing and monitoring short-term to long-term HR strategies to support and ensure business sustainability and success
• Coordinate and manage vendors of HR solution providers 
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Business Partner, recruitment, employee engagement and other relevant areas in sizable corporations
• Self-driven, able to work independently, people-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience can e considered as Senior Officer
