Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
• Manage a team of sales representatives specializing in IT infrastructure solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company solutions.
• Work closely with the technical team to understand product capabilities and provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT infrastructure industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin is must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and technologies.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role with a successful track record of meeting sales targets.
