Act as the key interface among the IT application team, business departments, and external vendors.
Understand the business processes and operations, translate business objectives to features and configuration requirements of various enterprise/ customer-facing solutions, involve in the end-to-end delivery by internal team or external vendors, and manage testing with business representatives.
Support operations and functional teams to define problems and desired outcomes, determine the required information, synthesize findings, and recommend actions.
Lead and guide other business analysts based on project arrangements.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree holder or above, preferably in Business, Information System, Computer Science, Operation Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, solution design & evaluation, project management, system testing, etc.
Prior experience in large scale system development, digital transformation, ERP implementation, data analytics, etc.
Working experience in construction, leasing or property management industry is an advantage
Strong business acumen, able to understand/develop complex operation model
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills, detail-minded and excellent problem-solving skills
Professional certification(s) in project management, business analysis, or Six Sigma is an advantage
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
