地點:將軍澳附近寶琳村 及元朗石崗及 九龍塘  (不設公司交通車, 須自行負擔交通費)

職責:

任務 1：

• 移動、交付、設置、操作儀器（包括便攜式氣體分析儀、便攜式顆粒物 (PM) 分析儀、便攜式廢氣流量計、手持式計算設備、視頻/圖像記錄儀、手動工具和電氣配件）工作地點與另一個工作地點之間的容器和手推車、日誌/記錄表），
• 依照生產力局的指示設定儀器，
• 拍攝儀器、NRMM 設定的照片/視頻，尤其是顯示 NRMM 的面板儀表和指示燈狀態（需要經常拍攝以獲得狀態）以及周圍環境（NRMM 附近），
• 將氣體採樣和PM探頭插入氣體採樣口，測量氣體和PM的含量和濃度，並在測量期間連續記錄儀器的讀數，
• 將空氣流量計插入排氣口測量氣體流量，並在測量期間連續記錄儀器讀數，
• 測量期間連續記錄現場安裝的溫度感測器和壓力感測器讀數，
• 進行各儀器的資料收集，測量後記錄、儲存及處理記錄的資料（詳情請參閱下方的任務2），
• 完成測量後移除所有儀器，
• 在需要時支援臨時任務。

任務2：

• 使用日誌、日誌表、可攜式資料記錄器、相機和視訊記錄設備以及手錶來記錄使用儀器進行測量時的測量資料、日期、即時和現場情況，
• 現場工作時，拍攝照片和視頻，記錄NRMM 操作面板上的讀數/指示燈狀態。
• 在現場工作時取得並記錄每個儀器的讀數/數據，
• 需要使用日誌或日誌表來記錄即時資訊/數據，並且應在現場準備。
• 使用手持運算設備（例如筆記型電腦、智慧型平板、具有行動和無線網路連線的智慧型手機）輸入、上傳、歸檔和合併來自儀器、影像和攝影機、日誌和記錄表的所有記錄數據，
• 提供資料儲存格式/結構以供歸檔、上傳和存取。
• 在需要時支援臨時任務。

任何時間現場：

• 工作人員應立即報告並記錄所有現場異常觀察/問題記錄/問題儀器/問題NRMM 操作，以便工作人員處理/跟進。 需要時拍攝照片/影片。
• 工人必須立即報告現場發生的任何事故/事件，不得拖延，並進行緊急情況跟進。 如果可能的話拍攝照片/視頻

要求:

• 證書/高級證書/文憑或以上，包括中國語文、英語和數學二級或E級，工程課程證書/高級證書/文憑（或以上）優先
• 持有建造業安全培訓證書
• 良好的中文（粵語、國語）和英語口語和書寫能力
• 懂得在電腦和手持裝置上使用Microsoft Office（WORD & EXCEL）、電子郵件、雲端儲存和網頁瀏覽（使用Google Form）進行資料記錄和拍照
• 有建築工地工作相關經驗，具手動搬運儀器操作知識者優先。
• 有綠卡;有效的建造業安全培訓證書;建築業職安卡

• Part Timers
• DEC2024- APR 2025:  4 days’ work per week in weekdays; Working hours per day: 10:00 – 12:30,  14:00 – 16:30

• Working Locations: Po Lam Estate (Tseung Kwan O); Shek Kong; Kowllon Tong

Job Duties of the Part-Timers:

For Task 1:

• Move, deliver, set-up, operate the instrument(s) (including portable gases analyzers, portable particulate matter (PM) analyzers, portable exhaust flow meter, handheld computing devices, video / image recorder, hand-tools and electrical accessories, containers and trolleys, logbooks/log-sheets) between work site to another work site,
• Set up the instrument(s) according to HKPC’s instructions,
• Take photos / videos of the setup of the instruments, NRMMs and especially, display panel meters and indicator status from NRMMs (need frequently taking to obtain status) and the surrounding environment (nearby the NRMM),
• Insert the gases sampling and PM probe(s) to gas sampling port(s) to measure the gases & PM contents and concentration, and record the instruments’ readings continuously during the measuring period,
• Insert the air flowmeter to exhaust outlet to measure the gas flowrate, and record the instrument’s reading continuously during the measuring period,
• Record the on-site installed temperature sensors and pressure sensor readings continuously during the measuring period,
• Conduct the data collection from each instrument, recording, storing and handling the recorded data after the measurement (details as mentioned in Task 2 below),
• Remove all instrument(s) when complete the measurement,
• Support ad hoc tasks when required.

For Task 2:

• Using logbook, log sheet, portable data logger, camera and video recording devices and watches to record the measuring data, date, real-time and on-site situation when using the instrument(s) for measurement,
• Take photos and videos for recording the readings / indicating lights status on the NRMM operating panel when the NRMM is in operation while working on-site.
• Obtain and record the readings / data from each instrument while working on-site,
• Using logbook or log sheet to record the immediate information / data is required and should be prepared on-site.
• Using handheld computing devices (for e.g. Notebook Computer, Smart-pad, Smart-phone with mobile & wireless internet connection) to input, upload, file and consolidate all recorded data from instruments, image and video camera, logbook and log-sheet,
• Data storage format /structure would be provided for filing, uploading and access.
• Support ad hoc tasks when required.

Any time on-site:

• Workers should report immediately and record all the on-site abnormal observation / problem record / problem instrument / problem NRMM operation to staff for handling / follow-up. Take photo / video when required.
• Worker must report immediately for any accident /incident happened on site without any delay and for emergency case follow-up. Taking photo / video if possible.

Qualification and Requirement of Part Timer (for Tasks 1 & 2):

• Certificate / High Certificate / Diploma or above, including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics at Level 2 or Grade E, certificate / high certificate / diploma (or above) in engineering course is preferred.
• Hold Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Independent, proactive and customer oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese, Putonghua) and English
• Knowledge on using Microsoft Office (WORD & EXCEL), email, cloud storage and Web browsing (using Google Form) at computer and handheld devices for data recording and photo taking is preferred,
• Relevant experience in construction site work with manual handling and instrument operation knowledge is preferred.
