Key Responsibilities

•  Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
• Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
• Conduct data analysis and identify pain points and duplication within current processes and propose potential changes and improvements and their impacts to support effective decision-making and implementation plans. 
• Engage with colleagues to provide relevant business knowledge, context and understanding to help provide and optimise commercial solutions.

Requirement:

• Experienced in digital kiosk IT solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL for database querying
• At least 2-3 years experience in IT field
• Proficient in Windows/ Mobile Applications
