Responsibilities

Business Management

• Preparation of annual budget, annual forecast and monthly financial reports (including profit variance analysis)

• Cooperate with accounting staff at factories

• Travel to PRC twice per month, e.g. Shenzhen / Suzhou / Chengdu / Foshan / Shanghai

Business Planning

• Identify issues in our group business based on the information obtained from the above business management

• Propose and implement improvements

• Other business operation support(e.g. Promoting DX)

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years of working experience in the Manufacturing / Trading field is a MUST

• Experience in working with Mainland factories is a MUST

• Proficient in PC skills of Microsoft Office(Excel) and Japanese / Chinese word processing

• Fluent spoken in Japanese(JLPT N1), Mandarin is a MUST
