Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the factory manager in overseeing all aspects of the factory operation with over 3,000 staff including monitoring of day-to-day production planning & scheduling, engineering, production progress, process improvement, quality control, resources allocation & cost management etc to ensure the efficient, quality and safe operation of the factory

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 10 years relevant experience of which 5 years experience in managerial level in manufacturing industry

• With experience in lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable

• Good at manufacturing technique of electrical household appliances and have all-round in depth knowledge in all aspects of factory operation

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Strong problem solving & team management skills, self-motivated, attentive to details and highly quality-conscious
